York, PA — September 11, 2026 — Andrew graduated from the University of Maryland in 2026 and will focus on preparing traffic impact studies and conducting the associated traffic analyses.
He will work closely with Chris Schwab and Dan Thornton as he continues to develop his knowledge and experience in transportation engineering.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys watching sports and spending time with friends.
