Julie A. Thornton

CADD MANAGER / SENIOR DESIGNER

As a senior team member with the firm, Julie manages and oversees the CAD operations at TRG. She is responsible for coordinating and designing along with the engineers, roadway improvements that are required from conceptual plans to Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP) plans. Julie also prepares traffic signal permit plans for new signalized intersections and modifications to existing signals.
