SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER / TRAFFIC ENGINEER

Joe has played an active role in the preparation and coordination of roadway and drainage HOP applications, roadway design and traffic impact studies the firm undertakes. He is responsible for coordinating the data collection efforts required for the project, conducting the necessary traffic analysis, and preparing the report. Joe’s responsibilities also include analyzing pipe and inlet capacities for drainage HOP preparation, horizontal and vertical alignment design, widening improvements and turn lane design.  Other design tasks include grading, contour creation, curb ramp design, and driveway design.
