Challenges to be solved:

1. Develop roadway improvements in conjunction with adjacent High School accesses to provide safe and efficient site access.

2. Site access location design and analysis to provide a shared access to the adjoining undeveloped property and compliant accesses beyond functional dimensions of the signalized intersection.

3. Provide greatest sight distance available for access drive without major modification of existing vertical alignment of adjacent street.
